to those who have already made their first visit/s and may be still
confused in some areas.

It is produced in both the Standard Version and the ‘De-Luxe Signed-and-Numbered Limited Edition’ which is restricted to 500 copies only.
This book was written between 2005 to 2008 and the information within is as up-to-date as is possible for the hobby of keeping Koi in 2009. The contents page of the book gives a brief outline of all topics covered and the 11 chapters listed below have been written to detail, in full, every aspect of each topic.
It was around 1984 that I first had the idea to write a book about Koi. I had also chosen a name for the book that I’d heard on my first visit in 1977 when some people I met openly referred to me as being ‘Koi Kichi’ which was later translated to me, with a smile and a shake of the head, as KOI CRAZY!
